Hi, we’re Nate and Chelsea Riedy, the team behind Clover Works. We help small businesses grow, reach the right audience, and turn big ideas into results.

 

I (Nate) started White Clover Family Farm in 2021 in response to the challenges brought on by the pandemic: food shortages, supply chain issues, and division in our community. I had no experience as a farmer and neither did anyone in my family. What I did have was over a decade of experience in fundraising and marketing. What I lacked in agricultural know-how, I made up for in insight and storytelling, and that’s how our farm and our business came to life.

Now, after almost five years of running a small business, I understand the challenges you face firsthand. There never seem to be enough hours in the day. You leave your 9-to-5 to work for yourself, but somehow now you’re working 24/7. Vacation? What’s that? And on top of all the logistics of running a business, you’re expected to post constantly on social media. Be funny, charming, relatable, knowledgeable, helpful...all at once! It can feel overwhelming, and it’s easy to keep your head down and just grind, even if you have amazing products or services that nobody knows about.

That’s where we come in. I’ll help you reach your target audience, simplify the process, and even make it fun! Not everyone is an over-the-top farmer who eats pancake breakfasts with pigs, but together we can find your sweet spot. We’ll create a marketing plan, I’ll coach you through bringing it to life, and we’ll tackle the pain points that might be holding back your growth.
